Install Web & Developer Data Tools in Continue

What you need first

  • Continue, installed.
  • Nothing else: the server runs on its publisher's machines and Continue connects to it.

Steps

  1. Open ~/.continue/config.yaml. On Windows it is %USERPROFILE%\.continue\config.yaml.
  2. Add this entry. If the file already has mcpServers, add only the item from - name on.
mcpServers:
  - name: "web-and-dev-tools"
    type: streamable-http
    url: "https://mcp.apify.com/?tools=highbrow_fame/pdf-text-extractor,highbrow_fame/domain-whois-dns-ssl,highbrow_fame/website-tech-stack,highbrow_fame/sitemap-url-extractor,highbrow_fame/domain-authority-rank,highbrow_fame/rss-feed-reader,highbrow_fame/openstreetmap-places,highbrow_fame/github-trending-repos,highbrow_fame/weather-api,highbrow_fame/github-repo-api"
  1. Save the file and restart Continue.

Check it worked

Ask Continue: List the tools of web-and-dev-tools.

If it does not start

401 Unauthorized
The endpoint wants a sign-in or a key. Sign in when Continue asks.
Nothing changes after a restart
The file is not valid YAML any more. Check that the entry is indented like the lines around it.
