Data export
The whole catalogue as one file a month: every listed MCP server, one per line, as JSON Lines compressed with zstd.
What a line holds
Its name, title, description, version, repository, website, licence, packages, remote endpoints and tools, as its publisher gave them; and what the directory adds: categories, where it is listed, its install class (what kind of config installs it), and weekly downloads where a registry publishes them. No contact details are in it. clients.json lists the MCP clients we write configs for and the install classes each one runs.
Licences
The facts each publisher gave (name, title, description, version, links, licence, packages, remotes, tool lists) are passed on as published; plug.directory claims no rights in them. The directory's own facts (categories, listings, install classes, download counts as read) are under CC BY 4.0, credit: plug.directory.
