Install Micro Tool Factory — Commerce, Jobs and Web Data in Continue

What you need first

  • Continue, installed.
  • Nothing else: the server runs on its publisher's machines and Continue connects to it.

Steps

  1. Open ~/.continue/config.yaml. On Windows it is %USERPROFILE%\.continue\config.yaml.
  2. Add this entry. If the file already has mcpServers, add only the item from - name on.
mcpServers:
  - name: "micro-tool-factory-apify"
    type: streamable-http
    url: "https://mcp.apify.com?tools=micro-tool-factory/shopify-products,micro-tool-factory/shopify-variants,micro-tool-factory/multi-ats-jobs,micro-tool-factory/greenhouse-jobs,micro-tool-factory/sitemap-urls,micro-tool-factory/lever-jobs,micro-tool-factory/ashby-jobs,micro-tool-factory/rss-feed-items,micro-tool-factory/wordpress-posts,micro-tool-factory/github-releases,micro-tool-factory/hacker-news-search,micro-tool-factory/youtube-video-oembed,micro-tool-factory/app-store-reviews,micro-tool-factory/hacker-news-comments,micro-tool-factory/apple-app-search"
  1. Save the file and restart Continue.

Check it worked

Ask Continue: List the tools of micro-tool-factory-apify.

If it does not start

401 Unauthorized
The endpoint wants a sign-in or a key. Sign in when Continue asks.
Nothing changes after a restart
The file is not valid YAML any more. Check that the entry is indented like the lines around it.
