Developer CLI for dsl-kit. Ships an MCP mode (`dsl-kit-cli mcp`) that serves a minimal built-in reference DSL through the dsl-kit-mcp framework, so `cargo install dsl-kit-cli` gives you a working stepper without writing a host first. Room for more subcommands (lint, schema dump, grammar preview) as the CLI grows.
