Install Web Tools for AI Agents in Bob Shell

What you need first

  • Bob Shell, installed.
  • Nothing else: the server runs on its publisher's machines and Bob Shell connects to it.

Steps

  1. Open ~/.codex/config.toml, or create it. The Codex CLI, its IDE extension and the ChatGPT desktop app share this file.
  2. Add this table at the end of the file.
{
  "mcpServers": {
    "ai-agent-web-tools": {
      "url": "https://mcp.apify.com/?tools=highbrow_fame/web-fetch-api,highbrow_fame/website-screenshot-api,highbrow_fame/pdf-to-markdown-api,highbrow_fame/markdown-site-crawler,highbrow_fame/url-to-markdown-api,highbrow_fame/url-status-checker-api,highbrow_fame/ocr-api,highbrow_fame/office-document-to-text-api,highbrow_fame/seo-audit-api"
    }
  }
}
  1. Save the file and restart Bob Shell.

Check it worked
