Install PineLabs Plural PG — Payment Gateway MCP Server in Kiro
What you need first
- Kiro, installed.
- Nothing else: the server runs on its publisher's machines and Kiro connects to it.
- Your own values for
YOUR_X_CLIENT_ID,YOUR_X_CLIENT_SECRET.
Steps
- Open
~/.codex/config.toml, or create it. The Codex CLI, its IDE extension and the ChatGPT desktop app share this file. - Add this table at the end of the file.
{
"mcpServers": {
"pinelabs-online-mcp": {
"url": "https://mcp.pinelabs.com/mcp",
"headers": { "X-Client-Id": "YOUR_X_CLIENT_ID", "X-Client-Secret": "YOUR_X_CLIENT_SECRET" }
}
}
} - Replace
YOUR_X_CLIENT_ID,YOUR_X_CLIENT_SECRETwith your own values. - Save the file and restart Kiro.
Check it worked
Ask Kiro: List the tools of pinelabs-online-mcp.
If it does not start
- 401 Unauthorized
- The endpoint wants a sign-in or a key. Sign in when Kiro asks, or check the value in place of the placeholder.
- The server starts, but its tools fail
- A
YOUR_…placeholder is still in the config, or its value is wrong. - Nothing changes after a restart
- The file is not valid JSON any more. Look for a missing comma where the block was added.
