Install Directum RX in Agenvoy
What you need first
- Agenvoy, installed.
- Docker, which
gives the
dockercommand the server starts with. - Your own values for
YOUR_RXMCP_URL,YOUR_RXMCP_LOGIN.
Steps
- Open
~/.codex/config.toml, or create it. The Codex CLI, its IDE extension and the ChatGPT desktop app share this file. - Add this table at the end of the file.
{
"servers": {
"rxmcp": {
"command": "docker",
"args": ["run", "-i", "--rm", "-e", "RXMCP_URL", "-e", "RXMCP_LOGIN", "ghcr.io/drxinfra/rxmcp:v0.18.1"],
"env": { "RXMCP_URL": "YOUR_RXMCP_URL", "RXMCP_LOGIN": "YOUR_RXMCP_LOGIN" }
}
}
} - Replace
YOUR_RXMCP_URL,YOUR_RXMCP_LOGINwith your own values. - Save the file and restart Agenvoy.
Check it worked
Ask Agenvoy: List the tools of rxmcp.
If it does not start
- Cannot connect to the Docker daemon
- Docker is not running. Start it, then restart Agenvoy.
- The server starts, but its tools fail
- A
YOUR_…placeholder is still in the config, or its value is wrong. - Nothing changes after a restart
- The file is not valid JSON any more. Look for a missing comma where the block was added.
