Install Rowfield Data in oterm

What you need first

  • oterm, installed.
  • Nothing else: the server runs on its publisher's machines and oterm connects to it.

Steps

  1. Open ~/.codex/config.toml, or create it. The Codex CLI, its IDE extension and the ChatGPT desktop app share this file.
  2. Add this table at the end of the file.
{
  "mcpServers": {
    "rowfield-data-mcp": {
      "url": "https://mcp.apify.com?tools=founder-experiment/civicplus-job-postings,founder-experiment/k12-school-district-jobs-applitrack,founder-experiment/california-state-jobs-calcareers,founder-experiment/new-york-state-jobs-statejobsny,founder-experiment/wisconsin-state-government-jobs,founder-experiment/us-state-government-jobs,founder-experiment/canada-provincial-government-jobs,founder-experiment/manitoba-government-jobs,founder-experiment/victoria-government-jobs-careers-vic,founder-experiment/latvia-public-sector-vacancies,founder-experiment/civicplus-bid-postings,founder-experiment/eu-ted-tenders-scraper,founder-experiment/federal-register-documents-scraper,founder-experiment/sitemap-url-extractor,founder-experiment/website-logo-extractor,founder-experiment/nvd-cve-scraper,founder-experiment/saashub-alternatives-scraper,founder-experiment/empire-flippers-listings,founder-experiment/usgs-earthquake-catalog,founder-experiment/link-preview-open-graph-api"
    }
  }
}
  1. Save the file and restart oterm.

Check it worked

Ask oterm: List the tools of rowfield-data-mcp.

If it does not start

401 Unauthorized
The endpoint wants a sign-in or a key. Sign in when oterm asks.
Nothing changes after a restart
The file is not valid JSON any more. Look for a missing comma where the block was added.
