Install Seo Web Analysis in BoltAI

What you need first

  • BoltAI, installed.
  • Node.js, which gives the npx command the server starts with.
  • Your own value for YOUR_APIFY_TOKEN.

Steps

  1. Open ~/.codex/config.toml, or create it. The Codex CLI, its IDE extension and the ChatGPT desktop app share this file.
  2. Add this table at the end of the file.
{
  "mcpServers": {
    "seo-web-analysis-mcp-server": {
      "command": "npx",
      "args": ["-y", "@thenextgennexus/[email protected]"],
      "env": { "APIFY_TOKEN": "YOUR_APIFY_TOKEN" }
    }
  }
}
  1. Replace YOUR_APIFY_TOKEN with your own value.
  2. Save the file and restart BoltAI.

Check it worked

Ask BoltAI: List the tools of seo-web-analysis-mcp-server.

If it does not start

spawn npx ENOENT
Node.js is not on the PATH that BoltAI sees. Install it, or write the full path of npx in the config.
The server starts, but its tools fail
A YOUR_… placeholder is still in the config, or its value is wrong.
Nothing changes after a restart
The file is not valid JSON any more. Look for a missing comma where the block was added.
