Install Jobs & Hiring Data in Claude Desktop
What you need first
- Claude Desktop, installed.
- Nothing else: the server runs on its publisher's machines and Claude Desktop connects to it.
Steps
- In Claude Desktop, open Settings › Connectors and choose Add custom connector.
- Give it a name and paste this URL:
https://mcp.apify.com?tools=forgedata/jobs-database,forgedata/salary-data,forgedata/company-hiring-signals,forgedata/ats-jobs-scraper,forgedata/remote-jobs-aggregator- If the server asks you to sign in, Claude Desktop opens its sign-in page.
Check it worked
Ask Claude Desktop: List the tools of jobs-data.
If it does not start
- 401 Unauthorized
- The endpoint wants a sign-in or a key. Sign in when Claude Desktop asks.
