Install Z Image Turbo in oterm
What you need first
- oterm, installed.
- Nothing else: the server runs on its publisher's machines and oterm connects to it.
Steps
- Open
~/.codex/config.toml, or create it. The Codex CLI, its IDE extension and the ChatGPT desktop app share this file. - Add this table at the end of the file.
{
"mcpServers": {
"z-image-turbo": {
"url": "https://willwang0098-z-image-turbo.hf.space/gradio_api/mcp/sse"
}
}
} - Save the file and restart oterm.
Check it worked
Ask oterm: List the tools of z-image-turbo.
It should list 3 tools.
If it does not start
- 401 Unauthorized
- The endpoint wants a sign-in or a key. Sign in when oterm asks.
- Nothing changes after a restart
- The file is not valid JSON any more. Look for a missing comma where the block was added.
