Connect to the publisher's own endpoint

Run in a terminal:

claude mcp add --transport sse nims-sib-additives-72 https://tozawa-8887-nims-sib-additives-72.hf.space/gradio_api/mcp/sse
For agents: the install prompt

Every step above as one Markdown text, for an assistant installing it for you.

# Install the MCP server Nims Sib Additives 72 (`co.huggingface.tozawa-8887/nims-sib-additives-72`)

Its page: https://plug.directory/servers/co.huggingface.tozawa-8887/nims-sib-additives-72

It runs on the publisher's servers; the client connects to its URL.

Use the section for the person's client.

Tools 8

  • nims_sib_additives_72_compare_samples Compare several cells side by side at the same cycle numbers. For each cell: discharge capacity at base_cycle and at end_cycle, capacity retention (end / base), average coulombic efficiency over base_cycle..end_cycle, and the last cycle the cell reached. The cycle numbers actually used are returned.
  • nims_sib_additives_72_dataset_info Describe this dataset. Read this first. Returns the experimental design (electrolyte levels and replicates), the meaning of the electrolyte columns, the cycling protocol and cycle numbering, the cell conditions shared by all cells, the cells that stopped before the planned number of cycles, and the table schema. All numbers are taken from the database.
  • nims_sib_additives_72_get_charge_discharge_curve Return voltage curves of individual cycles from the time-series data. Give the cycles either as a list (cycles) or as a range (start, end, step). Cycle numbers are the same as in the cycles table. Each returned cycle carries its phase and current density (mA/cm2). Each point is (capacity_mAh, voltage_V, time_s, cycle_time_s); charge and discharge are returned separately, each with capacity rising from 0. The first call for a measurement file downloads it, so it can take a few seconds.
  • nims_sib_additives_72_get_cycle_curve Return charge capacity, discharge capacity, coulombic efficiency, phase and current density (mA/cm2) for every cycle of one cell, plus capacity retention = discharge capacity / discharge capacity of base_cycle. Retention is given only for cycles of the same stage as base_cycle, because the stages run at different current densities.
  • nims_sib_additives_72_get_sample_detail Return all recorded information of one cell (assembly conditions, electrolyte, cycle range) together with the measurement files it consists of and the cycle range each file covers.
  • nims_sib_additives_72_list_samples List the cells, ordered by electrolyte level and replicate. Returns sample_key, electrolyte level, electrolyte code, replicate number and cycle range of each cell.
  • nims_sib_additives_72_run_sql Run a read-only SQL query (SELECT or WITH only) for aggregations the other tools do not cover. Tables: samples (one row per cell), measurements (one row per file), cycles (one row per cell and cycle); see dataset_info for the columns.
  • nims_sib_additives_72_search_cells Search cells by electrolyte composition and other conditions. All given conditions are combined with AND; empty ones are ignored. Composition values are matched exactly; the available levels are listed in dataset_info. Example: all cells with NaFSI only -> NaFSI_x="1".
