  • lula_1_1_score Score protein-ligand binding with LULA-1.1. Ranks a set of small molecules against a single protein target using the sequence-only LULA-1.1 scorer (ESM-2 protein encoder + ChemBERTa ligand encoder + a ConPLex-style two-tower scoring head). Returns: A table ranking each molecule by its LULA-1.1 binding score (0-1),, highest first, with a within-batch top-percentile column.
