Takes an OpenAI chat-completions request as JSON (messages, tools, temperature, top_p, max_tokens, enable_thinking, reasoning_effort) and streams JSON strings {"text": <raw text so far>, "done": bool, "prompt_tokens": int, "completion_tokens": int}. Tool calls stay in the model's native <tool_call> XML; the bridge parses them.

As the server's own listing gives them. We never call a tool.
