Can It Ford

  • can_it_ford_evaluate Check whether a stationary vehicle in floodwater passes two published-style rules. Returns a Markdown report with the L0 verdict (NO-FORD when depth exceeds 0.15 m, a project choice) and the L1 verdict (the AR&R stationary-vehicle criterion: the class depth cap, a 3.0 m/s velocity cap and a depth x velocity cap must all hold for FORD). The L2 particle simulation runs on TACC and has no verdict yet. Research use only, not a safety tool.

As the server's own listing gives them. We never call a tool.
