• ragatool_mcp_find_tools Find the best-matching approved tools for a described task. Embeds the task description and returns the top-k tools from the RAG-A-TOOL approved index (Hermes Agent built-ins + official plugins + human-approved generated tools), each with name, toolset, match score, usage doc, full JSON schema, and any required credentials. tool_gap_suspected is True when top_score < tau (calibrated abstention threshold): no tool in the pool is a good match — treat that as a tooling gap for the generative fallback. Returns: Dict with "results" (top-k tool records), "top_score" (best cosine, similarity, 0-1), "tool_gap_suspected" (bool, top_score < tau),, "tau" (serving threshold), and "n_tools" (index size).
