  • hierRAG_ingest_files Load, chunk, embed, and store files in a vector database. If a user passes a file as an input, use the upload_file_to_gradio tool, if present, to upload the file to the gradio app and create a Gradio File Input. Then use the returned path as the input to the tool. Returns: dict: A dictionary containing the status of the ingestion.
  • hierRAG_run_evaluation_batch Run a full batch evaluation. Returns: tuple: A tuple containing the evaluation status, summary statistics, and file paths for the generated reports.
  • hierRAG_run_rag_comparison Run two RAG simulations side-by-side for comparison. Returns: tuple: A tuple containing the answers and snippets for both base and hierarchical RAG.
  • hierRAG_setup_synthetic_data Set up synthetic test data for evaluation. Returns: str: A message indicating the status of the data setup.

As the server's own listing gives them. We never call a tool.
