If a user passes a file as an input, use the upload_file_to_gradio tool, if present, to upload the file to the gradio app and create a Gradio File Input. • ulf_synth_mri_enhancement_simulate_ulf_demo Simulate a ULF volume from a high-field NIfTI (ulfsynth.simulate). Runs the authors' physics-guided degradation pipeline (polarisation scaling, T2*/B0 decay, thermal noise, k-space crop + undersampling, off-resonance) used to generate ULF-Synth training data.
