• onestreamer_watch_video Watch a video as a stream and answer the question at the right moments. OneStreamer-4B receives the clip one second at a time (4 frames/second), keeps a rolling visual window of 64 frames, and at every update decides whether to stay silent, hold standby, or emit a response. If a user passes a file as an input, use the upload_file_to_gradio tool, if present, to upload the file to the gradio app and create a Gradio File Input. Then use the returned path as the input to the tool. Returns: A live status line, the per-second state timeline, and a transcript, of the model's proactive responses with their timestamps.
