  • molparser_mobile_v2__show_info Reveal the status line only when it has content.
  • molparser_mobile_v2_recognize_molecule Convert a molecular structure image into an E-SMILES 2.0 string. Runs MolParser-Mobile-V2 (greedy decoding, fp16) on the image, then applies the MolParser E-SMILES post-processing to produce a substituted SMILES, normalized E-SMILES and CXSMILES, plus an SVG rendering of the parsed structure. If a user passes a file as an input, use the upload_file_to_gradio tool, if present, to upload the file to the gradio app and create a Gradio File Input. Then use the returned path as the input to the tool. Returns: Tuple of (raw E-SMILES, substituted SMILES, normalized E-SMILES,, CXSMILES, status info, SVG rendering of the parsed structure).

As the server's own listing gives them. We never call a tool.
