Progression as Latent Drift

  • latent_drift_mri_forecast_forecast Forecast a patient's future brain MRI from a baseline scan. If a user passes a file as an input, use the upload_file_to_gradio tool, if present, to upload the file to the gradio app and create a Gradio File Input. Then use the returned path as the input to the tool. Returns: An axial fly-through video, a most-changed-slice triptych, the forecast volume as, NIfTI, and a short summary of the predicted progression.
  • latent_drift_mri_forecast_preview_baseline Show the mid-axial slice of an uploaded baseline scan (no GPU needed). If a user passes a file as an input, use the upload_file_to_gradio tool, if present, to upload the file to the gradio app and create a Gradio File Input. Then use the returned path as the input to the tool
