  • idiom_idr_design_analyze Score an IDR sequence against the condensate signature features. Returns: A summary sentence and a per-compartment signature-coverage table.
  • idiom_idr_design_generate Sample intrinsically disordered regions (IDRs) with IDiom. Returns: FASTA text with one record per generated IDR.
  • idiom_idr_design_steer Generate IDRs steered toward an SAE feature signature (relative steering). Uses the paper's relative add_direction steering: the summed decoder directions of the signature features are added at strength × each position's residual norm, matching the alpha values reported in the paper. Returns: FASTA text of steered IDRs, a coverage summary, and a per-compartment, signature-coverage table for the generated sequences.
