  • deltastreamer_run_deltastreamer Run the DeltaStreamer agent over a video stream and answer a question. The agent watches the video at 1 fps, writing change-aware observations (description + visual delta) into a structured memory without seeing the question. At the query time it receives the question, plans which evidence it needs, and may replay or zoom into historical frames before answering. If a user passes a file as an input, use the upload_file_to_gradio tool, if present, to upload the file to the gradio app and create a Gradio File Input. Then use the returned path as the input to the tool. Returns: A tuple of (answer, progress markdown, observations table, memory/plan markdown).

As the server's own listing gives them. We never call a tool.
