• calon_extraction_extract_entities Extract entity spans of the given types from text, with calibrated probabilities. Returns: The text with extracted spans highlighted, and the JSON list of, [{text, label, start, end, score}] where score is the calibrated probability, of the predicted type for that span.
• calon_extraction_extract_events Extract event triggers of the given event types, then fill each trigger's argument roles. Returns: A markdown summary of each event and its arguments, the JSON list, [{type, trigger, score, arguments: [{role, text, start, end, score}]}],, and the trigger/argument spans highlighted in the text.
• calon_extraction_extract_relations Extract entities of the given types, then typed binary relations between them. Returns: A markdown table of (head, relation, tail, score) triples, the JSON list, [{head, relation, tail, score}], and the participating spans highlighted.
