  • aura_ulf_brain_seg_render_slice Re-render a single slice of an already computed segmentation (CPU only).
  • aura_ulf_brain_seg_segment Segment 11 subcortical / midline structures in an ultra-low-field brain MRI. If a user passes a file as an input, use the upload_file_to_gradio tool, if present, to upload the file to the gradio app and create a Gradio File Input. Then use the returned path as the input to the tool. Returns: A montage of the three orthogonal views, an interactive-viewer slice,, the segmentation NIfTI, a per-structure volume table and a session id.

As the server's own listing gives them. We never call a tool.
