Prelinger moments

• prelinger_moments_space_get_film Every moment of one film in running order, with all timestamped events. Use it to find more shots from a reel you already like, or to build a sequence that follows the film's own order.
• prelinger_moments_space_get_moment Full detail for one moment (a ~1 minute stretch of one film): the scene description and every timestamped event, so you can pick exact in/out points.
• prelinger_moments_space_search_moments Search public-domain Prelinger archive films for short clips matching a description. Every result is a clip: a film, a public MP4 URL, and suggested in/out points in seconds (the best matching VLM-described event). Cut it with the `ffmpeg` command in the result, or preview it with `preview_url`. Timestamps come from a video VLM, not a shot detector: check a clip before relying on it, and use get_moment for the full second-by-second description to choose a better cut.
