• pdac_genomics_agent_panel Machine endpoint: the v1 driver-gene panel, so the orchestrator need not hardcode it. A resource read, not a run: an allowed call writes no audit record, so its payload carries no `run_id` (the echo exists only where a record does). A denial IS recorded and echoes it.
• pdac_genomics_agent_query_variant_status Machine endpoint: per-sample variant status + cohort frequency. `model_system` is optional and trailing, so a two-argument caller keeps working and gets the default: patient tumours wherever the cohort has any (see `src/workflows/model_system.py`).
• pdac_genomics_agent_variant_by_clinical_attribute Machine endpoint: variant × declared clinical attribute (ADR-0011), or a refusal.
• pdac_genomics_agent_variant_by_subtype Machine endpoint: variant×subtype label-join (or a route-to-orchestrator result).
