• doc_mcp_get_single_file Retrieve a single file from GitHub repository. Returns: JSON response with file content and metadata
• doc_mcp_list_repository_files List all files in a GitHub repository with specified extensions. Returns: JSON response with file list and metadata
• doc_mcp_make_query Retrieve relevant documentation context for a given query using specified retrieval mode. This function is designed to support Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) by extracting the most relevant context chunks from indexed documentation sources. Returns: Tuple of (response_text, source_nodes_json)
