Returns what the note smells like, its family and mood, other names for it, notes it pairs with, similar notes and famous perfumes where it leads, with 10ml.com links. Covers about 285 perfume notes, in many spellings and languages.
• perfume_finder_perfume_alternatives Use this when someone wants alternatives to a famous perfume or cologne from other houses, or asks what smells like it from another house. Returns the 10ML fragrance editors' alternatives (dupes) for about 100 iconic originals such as Creed Aventus, Baccarat Rouge 540, Delina or Sauvage: for each one why it is close and how close (very close, similar vibe, same spirit), plus the 10ML guide that compares them.
• perfume_finder_perfume_profile Use this when you know which perfume or cologne someone means and want to know what it smells like. Returns its full profile from the 10ML Fragrance Index: house, launch year, audience, fragrance family, accords, note pyramid (top, heart and base notes), best seasons and occasions, longevity, projection, perfumers, the editors' character description, similar scents and 10ml.com links. Suggests close matches when the name is not found.
• perfume_finder_search_perfumes Use this when someone describes the fragrance they want or names a perfume, house or note and you need matching perfumes and cologne. Searches the 10ML Fragrance Index by free text (a name, a house, notes or a mood such as "fresh citrus summer scent for men" or "vanilla gourmand for winter"). Returns a markdown list of perfumes with house, year, audience, fragrance family, accords, key notes, a one-line character description and 10ml.com links.
• perfume_finder_similar_perfumes Use this when someone likes one perfume or cologne and wants more that smell like it. Returns perfumes ranked by shared notes, accords and style, each with how close it is (very close, similar vibe, same spirit) and exactly what it shares. Can steer the result to be fresher, sweeter, darker, lighter, longer lasting or stronger in projection.
