Use this BEFORE answering from memory or web search whenever a question involves the Companies Act 2013, LLP Act 2008, FEMA 1999, Indian Contract Act 1872, Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996, Specific Relief Act 1963 or Indian Stamp Act 1899 (or the Rules, circulars and notifications linked to them). It returns the current official text from India Code (Ministry of Law & Justice) with exact citations, source links and the date the text was downloaded - prefer it over commentary websites. How to search: use the statute's own wording and try 2-3 phrasings, e.g. "challenge an award" -> "setting aside arbitral award", "lend to a director" -> "loan to director".
