BindScout co.huggingface.arvban/bindscout BindScout: score a protein target for BindCraft targetability, per residue. Returns the residues BindCraft designs are most likely to bury, ranked. The score is local surface-patch coverage: how frequently independent successful BindCraft trajectories would completely cover that residue's 7 A patch. Read it as a ranking of candidate sites within this target, not as an absolute probability of design success. BindScout is specific to the BindCraft design and filtering procedure in its training data, which is mainly single, structurally coherent protein domains.
