Dive is an open-source desktop chat app that acts as an MCP host for any model with function calling, including hosted and Ollama models. MCP servers are added as JSON under mcpServers in its MCP settings: local servers by command and args, remote servers by URL with a transport of streamable or sse, and optional headers such as Authorization. Servers can also be added through one-click deep links.
