CodeGPT is a coding assistant offered as an extension for VS Code and a plugin for JetBrains IDEs. MCP servers are added from Settings > MCP Configuration > Open MCP Config File, by writing entries with command and args under mcpServers in mcp.json, then pressing Refresh Server Connections and choosing which tools the models may use.
