Official site

ChatGPT CLI is an open-source command-line client for OpenAI, Azure, Perplexity, LLaMA and other model providers, with streaming, threads and prompt files. An MCP server is given per command with the --mcp flag: an HTTP(S) endpoint, or stdio: followed by a command to run a local server. Headers such as bearer tokens go in --mcp-header, and with --tools the model may call the server's tools itself.
