ARGO is an open-source, local-first agent client for Windows, macOS and Linux, also deployable with Docker, that runs Ollama models or hosted ones alongside a local knowledge base. An MCP server is created in the app with a name and either a pasted JSON snippet in the mcpServers style or manual fields: a command and env values for stdio, or a URL and request headers for SSE.
